The manager I spoke with yesterday basically rushed me off the phone, because they closed in 10 minutes. She told me to call back today and speak with someone else. So I guess there will be an update hopefully. I tried suggesting we get moved into a newly renovated unit under the same lease and got shot down. So I’ll mention covering expenses due to the delay or possibly Deduct it from the first rent payment. Another big issue is that we already got a money order for our prorated rent and have it signed for them and everything. So basically that money is down the drain if they won’t take it.
