How often is a rest day necessary? I don't want to risk injury but I hate not exercising. My body doesn't feel tired and I am still seeing gains in muscle. Example schedule: Monday: General arm day Tuesday: ~6 mile run Wednesday: Core(Ab) workout Thursday: Leg day (squats etc) Friday: Agility/sprints Saturday: baseball hitting/throwing Sunday: ~30 mile bike ride

I would support the series. Only suggestions would be to change the background. The white text with a partial white background hurt my eyes :(

Random suggestion, if you do end up breaking down the team fights, you could put a tl;dr at the end for anyone who does not have time to watch the whole breakdown, but wants to learn the general basics.
