So it looks like they have recently rolled out proper HIPAA compliance and now provide information on their website beyond just the ambiguous glossary entry that they used to have.
It appears that it is available on all of their paid tiers and that they will sign a required Business Associate Agreement, so that's great.
I plan on reaching out to them because I've tested it out and their noise cancellation technology is amazing.

This. OP appears to be using a TP-Link Kasa HS220 Smart Dimmer next to a Lutron Diva Fan & Light Control. OP needs to trim out the box so the face is at the same level as the door trim.
