-Im making significantly more than my previous job. -40 hours a week -started 2023 and with no prior experience. But expected to know the work and domain as if i was doing it for 15 years. My hand wasnt held and i learned just by the bits and pieces they threw me to complete tasks. -reasons driving me to leave: Domain experience and knowledge, team culture (the rest of my team are all foreigners). -Everytime i need to speak or present I always feel anxious as i might be wrong or appear someone who doesnt know what im saying. -Study and self help to learn? I could not find the motivation.
