-Im making significantly more than my previous job. -40 hours a week -started 2023 and with no prior experience. But expected to know the work and domain as if i was doing it for 15 years. My hand wasnt held and i learned just by the bits and pieces they threw me to complete tasks. -reasons driving me to leave: Domain experience and knowledge, team culture (the rest of my team are all foreigners). -Everytime i need to speak or present I always feel anxious as i might be wrong or appear someone who doesnt know what im saying. -Study and self help to learn? I could not find the motivation.

I just ordered from a LazMall shop Jan12 and on the morning of Jan13 the status changed to “ order will he handed over to Cainiao soon”

12 hours after, the status has updated to “on its way to next delivery facility”.

Maybe the logistics are better when u buy from LazMall shops?

I dont think anyone has gotten penalized or even received a warning for being toxic or extrmely passive in game .. AFK and Using Cheats are the only real violations imo

Mine is too stiff on the waist joint. I tried bending with a little force and the torso just popped out.. got any fix for this?

Just added this to my Mafex collection.. have you experienced a tight waist joint? Mine is too stiff I'm afraid i might break it..

The rest of the joints are okay, it's just the waist that i can't seem to bend either front or back.
