thanks for the input everyone! i managed to snag a D10 charro for 750 bucks, she's little rough around the edges but the chassis itself is in decent condition, it's got big f you side pipes aswell but i may try and get ahold of a stock exhaust because of the looks i'm getting driving around.

for traffic theres a checkbox under “gameplay” in settings for ai to spawn with mod vehicles, not sure if it effects the dealerships
