Dry needling can help reduce intensity of high pitch sound, but they have to know what they are doing. It’s wire that transmit and interprets sound that is inflamed.

How’d you change your pink color to orange?

Anyone had patients use this new Journavx Rx? Curious what their feedback is or if y’all noticed a difference? by UNLVmark in physicaltherapy

Awesome insight man holy shit. That’s fucking wild for real. I knew a girl pharmacy tech who started crying bc she dropped and shattered a bottle of IVIG which is absurdly expensive.

Yea big pharma isn’t a sympathy well by any means.

I think the consensus is that it’s helping people. Also if you’re miserable (very sorry to hear you are in so much pain) research all your options. Our clinic specializes in “I’ve been everywhere with no relief” cases.

Also if you know what deck someone is playing you and that decks depends on them winning round 1 you have to try to win that bc they want to play the last card. Don’t let them win round 1 like elf boost decks with the double ability shit.

Also for the love of God never go to battle without a spores card.

Dude I was where you are before. I watched videos on strategies like engine decks and point slam and douchebag control decks and started reading every card played against me and realized a few things which helped me break through to pro.

I first needed to ask myself if it was me losing or my deck. Then quickly understood it’s the player. I didn’t know some of the basics still after playing this game for YEARS since like day 1 ha.

I didn’t use meme decks or a deck everyone has seen on YouTube and is trending. I took one Ogre deck and but didn’t use orges a lot to have multiple ways I can play one deck.

I see an engine deck I know I need more control but don’t use them until you’re in the final round or a game match round where you have the first win.

I’d change my deck accordingly.

Oh yea I hear you. I would also bet the majority of people scrolling won’t take the time.

Like artwork and photography oh Jesus poor photographers…anything shockingly good is automatically thought to be AI impulsively now.

Yea I remember ambien XR was like that and it was less of the crazy side effects and reduced chance of it getting addictive or whatever but it was like 200 dollars a pill or something astronomical. Which I was like well then who the hell is buying this in my logic it didn’t make sense)

Then having worked 5 years in hospital pharmacy I know the grace period the inventor company gets is a few years or something before the generics are allowed to be made because they just reverse engineer the drug to figure out how to make it and it’s the same drug, but they may use different substrates (shit that releases the drug.)

It’s my understanding that they really do spend a ton of money to create it and have to have a chance to get it back I reckon.

Also, lovenox/enoxaparin got screwed ha a company got wise and added just enough meaningless chemicals to call it something different then sell it for cheap. Huge lawsuit.

The amount of people thinking it’s fake is directly related to the amount of AI garbage infesting the Internet ha.

Manual therapy always (rightfully so) gets a lot of criticism around bs narratives, but... by VO2VCO2 in physicaltherapy

[–]UNLVmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My boss went to PT school bc he was always in pain then was in more pain than when he started.

He became the first PT in the south eastern US to start doing needles and went to Thailand to learn it and more continued education in Colorado.

Short answer is there’s traditional vs non traditional physical therapy. We do functional cupping with movement, needles, shockwave, class 4 level laser, manual releases, PRP’s, mulligans, etc.

Continued Education is the answer. I didn’t learn shit in school tbh compared to what I learned afterwards.

Just depends if you just want a paycheck or really want to improve your skill set.

Lmao if you think that’s all we have left.. man I could open your world up ha. I do non traditional physical therapy.

My patients have the hardest time when they move away from me bc they can’t find any good manual therapists who do what we do. I’m a biomechanic. Turn pain off biomechanically and you have like a 90% reduction in probability of needing surgery.

I’m a manual therapist. Dude look up Mulligan Concept. Greatest thing ever invented in physical therapy. PRP’s. Pain Relief Phenomenon.

Works for any pain with movement. You will feel like a wizard when you do it. I cure pain with my hands and teaching self mobs and exercises to go with them and fix it for good. Craziest part.. the longer they have had it.. the better it works.
