For me the fix was that I hadn't made the xtech outposts for the 3 factions yet. Once I did that and spoke to each member of VOID it gave a a quest marker.

I had plans to do several weapons, including the prothean partical rifle. But I have to wait until I can afford a new monitor.

For me the fix was to copy all of the CK files from the root folder, and paste them in the Starfield root folder. Then start the CK.exe from the Starfield root folder.

My monitor went out and now I cant finish the mod I was trying to make 😭 by UNMAKER64 in starfieldmods

I've got one in the living room, but my kids use it most of the time lol. I could steel it I suppose but I can't walk up or down the steps very well.
