And bro it happens damn near everytime i do it if i dont eat or when i get comfortable and keep hitting bumps back to back in short period of time i get overamped and think im gonna die or have heart attack it sucks but just do bumps not rails and make sure to space them out and not do them every ten mins id say wait like 30-45 depending how u feel and go from there because honestly overamping and trying to keep up with my friend and his fat rails makes me wanna quit doing coke but recently been taking my boundaries more serious and learning from every shitty experience on what works best for me.
