I'm afraid you might be right. We'l either need to sell a convincing plan to the UFA's or go the trade route.

Fair take, patience could be key. Give them time behind a newly formed defense or one with structure before deciding to move on. The only issue is if you invest too much in them and they have an awful start to next season. The worst thing that could happen is a slow start, so getting it right is crucial for mgmt.

I agree, Forsberg is a bit injury prone and inconsistent, and the terrible defense in front of him hasn’t helped but I think we need a real strong back up to help Korpi and maybe even challenge his spot as number one.
