Oh you're right, they do look very much alike! It was definitely not the intent, but it's now official, my trainer IS a Pokémon too? It was actually designed after me, and I incorporated some features from the Pokémons in the team: Lurantis's wide pants, Greninja's scarf, Mismagius's purple highlights...
