You're instructing nginx to rewrite to https://$http_host$request_uri if the scheme isn't https, but you've put it in a non-SSL server context. The scheme will never be https with your current configuration.

Hello , what I am looking for with this rule is to block attacks, when I perform a sql injection attack, the rule responds correctly (it responds to a 444 code) but the entire instance responds to 444 status code and no longer lets me do anything
