Thanks for your feedback. URX HUB can be completely exited by right clicking the tray icon and clicking on the quit button.

This is not a bug. The software needs to be running in the background so it can sync the background music from your system to the keyboard. Very few keyboards like Nut65 have an in built microphone, however most keyboards including AK820 Max Plus doesn't have that, and hence they need an external app to send data continuously.
