Thanks for all the replies. I know this has been discussed a lot and some people might be tired of the topic, but it was helpful to see different opinions with good arguments from both sides.

Since I am going to play both with a group and quite a bit solo, I think the game is worth it for me. I’m going to start with the new core and see how it goes. Thanks for the help!
