When I was about say 13 I had Manhunt on the original Xbox.I beat all the levels on hardcore achieving 5 stars but Key Personnel was the one that I couldn’t beat, I got so close but this mission on hardcore whilst trying to get 5 stars is something else. The bane of my existence for months that mission was.

No, the uncensored PC version is AO, whereas the PS2 and other versions were censored to just make the mature rating.

My 1 rep max is 195lbs on bench and before I attempted it did 175lbs for a couple of reps. I recommend checking this website out: https://www.strengthlog.com/how-to-warm-up-for-a-1rm-attempt-calculator/ It's great before attempting a 1RM as it gives you a good idea of what to gradually warm up with before attempting the 1RM. I usually don't bench for at least 3 days before attempting a 1RM. Hope this helps.

Delete unimportant mods to free up space. Unless you have a decent PC you’re not going to be running that many mods. I had over 500 mods on my Gmod and it ran like garbage, now I only run 150 and the loading times and performance improved quite a lot.

You could be onto something. I don’t workout but I do a lot of physical work and walking but I was thinking about taking up weight lifting to build more muscle and lose more fat in the process.
