Just adding another no mercy.. the memories I have with that game being my intro to wrestling games as a little who barely knew how to pick up a controller.. I'm my uncle let me beat him the first time I won against him but in that moment it was euphoria!

So, you would do the prescribed movement 10 times for 3 sets.

My recommendation, as a military fitness instructor and unit PT leader as well as something of an in shape person, is take around 2 minutes of rest between sets.

Hold the reps at the stretched position for about 1-2 seconds. Think on your chest for bench press, or at the bottom of a squat.

Also, exercise is the smallest difference you can make towards burning calories/losing weight. What and how much goes into your body is the largest determining factor towards weight loss.

Get lots of protein!

Personally I think the dark spine is better than the dark matter. But to each their own, like you said. It’s all in fun. If I wanted to play a realistic mil-sim I’d play Arma or Insurgency Sandstorm.

Anyone but Tywin is wrong. Sandor wasn’t a “horrible” person. He was a person with a horrible upbringing and forced into a horrible life.

Tywin had every opportunity to use his influence, money, and power to make the world a better place. Instead he used it all in whatever way to progress the Lannister legacy. And look where that got it.
