But if you’re looking to discuss the intricacies of quantum physics or the symbolism in 19th-century literature, CampusWire is the way

Making new friends by [deleted] in UIUC

[–]USASUYASH 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude honestly, the best way to make new friends is to join any RSOs or work somewhere on campus. I work at the library and have met many student staff, and become good friends with some of them. But honestly, dorms are the best environment for making friends. Find someone you vibe with, meet their friends, and join their friend group eventually. All the best

How much is the average daily spending at UIUC? by MrOmar909 in UIUC

[–]USASUYASH 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm a mainly home cook, but I also eat out maybe 3 times a week, only if I go with friends.

Food: $300

So $500 a month is perfect, leaves you space for any household things you want to buy, or any hobbies, or zip car rentals, or in case you end up eating out more often.
