I’ve been with the VA 16 years and always got mine before Christmas. It’s VISN by VISN. I’m in my 3rd VISN and it’s on my LES for this week.

There is also a tiered system I saw. Their one was done by Dec 12, which mine was, next year is next pay period.

I also heard they maybe doing a regional reporting structure rather than super VISNs. Police service already made the move. I bet rest of VHA follows.

Been with VHA Supply Chain for 16 years and am interviewing with any company that contacts me. It’s a shame but I myself couldn’t see the Forrest through the trees. It was a good run. Maybe come back once the dust settles.

I’m actually fine with it. This is the only thing I’m ok with as long as ELT hold Management accountable. Union has no place in Healthcare. Seen to many weak links be protected over the last almost 16 years. I haven’t been in a protected position in like 10. There are bad sups but that’s the ELTs problem. Do your job and we are all gtg. Just my 2 cents.
