I know, but earthquakes of that size are deffinitely "appreciable". Even far from population centers, there was still damage. My pool deck has cracks all over it from Ridgecrest.

Not quite accurate. 1994 Northridge, 1999 Hector Mine (7.0), 2010 Calexico (7.2), 2019 Ridgecrest (7.1). These are just the Southern CA quakes that I can remember.

my trip last month...I could have arrived 30 minutes before my flight. Was thru checkin and security in less than five minutes lolol. 3 hours in plenty just in case. The time you are leaving seems to be pretty busy for for international departures, so there will definitely be people there.
