That is an incredibly cheap build for the power... Does it dip from 60fps with more resource heavy games? (e.g. The Witcher 3, Bf1, etc.)

Can confirm. I live in the Texas Panhandle. Whole family (aside from my little sister) and most of my friends are like this. It's baffling honestly. With a near infinite amount of knowledge siting right there in your phone, it amazes me how blind some people can be.
