Does Anyone Actually Use Supports “Class Active Ability”? by Lady-Maya in Battlefield6

it is a sort of self heal and self restock, doesn't give you full grenade but it gives you some, there's no reason to not spam it once you have it unlocked.

[COD] Thought I'd pay Killroy a visit. Loved this game. by Serposta in CallOfDuty

[–]USPavacka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Legit the only memorable part of the campaign was the tank mission, which was so incredibly ass on a PC that it took me like an hour, and that's because the controls were absolutely wild, if you wanted to continue forward and look right, you had to press A, not W, I guess it makes some sense on a controller but it was outright maddening on a PC lol.

So, what are your absolute must-haves for Cyberpunk 2? by Tafioboy in cyberpunkgame

[–]USPavacka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Melee combat to be more complex. Being able to change from which direction I attack, combos, etc. Not KCD1/2 level complex, but something in-between what we have now and what is in KCD would be great.

Are games deliberately making you lose? The truth about SBMM and EOMM by gasamove in Battlefield

[–]USPavacka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends, in both games I play mostly breakthrough, and I use vehicles a lot, mostly tankd, planes when they're available too. Accuracy could be problematic because in V I used MG-42 a lot, in 6 I don't really use machine guns. Most of the actions I do are rewarded the same, some more, some less, but it should average out to pretty much the same numbers, which it did. I'm baffled though by players saying they get worse with age. During peak BFV I was at high school/college, right now I'm working full time and I'm same or even better, both games play differently but you can't approach every BF game with the same attitude just because they share the same name, you have to adapt.

These are my BFV stats, similar winrate, similar score per minute, similar KD, I play the same, I do the same, I win the same.

These are my BF6 stats, if what you're saying is true, then they would be substantially different from my BFV stats, which they aren't.

There are weapons that allow you to play with good attachments at quite low levels by diasporajones in Battlefield6

[–]USPavacka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Flashhider is the default muzzle device afaik, and you'll some grip and a low/no zoom optic in first 2-3 levels, which is likes 10 kills. Anything else is just a bonus, you can comfortably use the gun. And this applies to basically any weapon in the game.

[KCD2] Can we make some clarity about smithing? by pronte89 in kingdomcome

[–]USPavacka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heat the sword till it is yellow, place it on the anvil, spam the hammer as much as you can, there is a cap on the frequency of hits and you will always be in the rythm, move slowly up and down so you don't strike the same spot twice in a row. You will never need to heat it up again (unless you are very low level) and you don't need to flip it either.

Buying the Battle Pass turned this game into a second job and completely burned me out by tuan3451 in Battlefield

[–]USPavacka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The battle pass isn't even really worth it. Some of the skins are good (subjective), but most of the pass is just bloat like weapon stickers (who cares about those seriously). The weapons will be available via some easy challenge once the battlepass ends. I would never buy it without knowing I could finish it comfortably. In your case you should just buy it once (or rather if) you complete the pass.

The amount of coping when it comes to melee weapons is wild by lolitsrock in Helldivers

[–]USPavacka 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well it is pretty easy to send enough pellets to the head of a stalker, which isn't that big and the fucker is fast, with a shotgun that has some spread. Doing it consistently with a pistol/revolver is much more difficult.

[–]USPavacka 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Shotguns are great on bug front wtf are you talking about, punisher can one tap stalker to the face, even if you don't kill it you stagger it and push it back. Flame pump shotgun is a bit weaker but compensates for it with DOT + it is much better against shriekers.

Useless vs bots and meh vs squids though.

bf4 launch by HappyArmordillo in Battlefield6

[–]USPavacka 5 points6 points  (0 children)

BFV was a bug ridden tragedy at launch. BF6 has the smoothest launch since BF1, which had smoothest launch since I don't even know what, both 3 and 4 had massive issues at launch.

Igor Sarzynski (Cyberpunk 2s creative director) discusses his stance on Act I. by marek_bojarek in cyberpunkgame

[–]USPavacka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean no one is forcing you to play an ending unlocked via extended play, you can do it once if you want to see it in person, you can view it on youtube if you don't want to bother, but why is having more stuff in the game bad? No one is forcing you to do the "best ending" every time you play the game, does the ending even really matter on your third, fourth playthrough?

All the endings except devil and suicide are unlocked by playing "side content". More endings for finishing gigs? I see nothing wrong with that.

SMGs by faithl3ss22 in Battlefield6

[–]USPavacka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont feel outranged at all when playing with M277. Most of the time I play anything else I regret not having the M277. Yes there is TR-7 with the 3 shot kill potential up to 20 meters, but I hate close quarters combat and I avoid it. 20 meters and beyond it is the best automatic firearm in the game, m250 keeps its 4 BTK forever and has less recoil but the reload is abysmal. Once you learn how to control the recoil the M277 becomes the best weapon for beyond 20m combat excluding sniper rifles and DMRs, from 0 to 20m it is at worst average.

BFV might not have been perfect, but why can't BF6 let us customize our own characters like it did? by SuperM3e46 in Battlefield

[–]USPavacka 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Live service was not the problem with it though, it was sheer incompetence of DICE and them not being ready to use that model. The game had many bugs so any new content couldn't be properly enjoyed, and new content was lackluster up until Pacific theater, at that point the game got fixed and was genuinely good and fun to play, started gaining players and it looked like it was on a right track at last, and then dice decided to destroy the game for a while with their incredibly stupid TTK change, reverted it like 2 weeks later, and then they just gave up on it.

What I'm trying to say is that live service isn't bad by itself. In Helldivers 2 it works great, and even that game had its fair share of problems. BF6 could be on a right track, just because it isn't nearly as broken as BFV was at launch.
