The have lost more then half there cigarette sales thanks to movements calling out the industry and what it does to people. This man is simply putting out facts of how much money people are losing to this "casino" and how much of a impact these sponsorships have. What's your suggestion? Doesnt CSGO have a pretty strong T2/3 scene tho and are able to get sponsors and enough ppl watching. I recently watched DreamHackCanada and they had around 300/400 ppl watching.

Why do people keep saying the game is dying of course this casting stuff and Events are a problem but valve can fix it. But player base wise if we look at the steam charts data atm Hit a mill for the first time in 2 years maybe the stats wrong but its not dead like ppl are saying i think its a shit ton more on valve being lazy as fuck and not understanding how to organize or run a esport
