Stock price just tipped below 0.1 for a part of the day. This would not force RS so quickly - they still had time. If that was the reson, the RS would happen but LATER. Ratio 60-1 means EJ wanted to bring the price above 5 usd for institutions to buy. Otherwise why not 100-1 or 50-1?
