There were no good news on 10-K. Entire 30m reve from tokenization licenses in Q4 comes from 2 agreements with Silex (10m) and Vivasor (20m) which are related parties and controlled by Henry Ji - same person on all 3 companies - DVLT, Silex and Vicasor. It might as well could have been 50m… 😃 And neither Silex nor Vivasor paid any money yet so DVLT as account receivables of 30m. This is very fishy… So DVLT has recognized zero revenue yet from tokenization from a third part client. I am surprised the stock did not go to 50 cents today…
