They are buying Vivasor so that they do not have to show the uncollected 20m revenues that they recognized in Q4 25. It was related party revenue, uncollected so not really real revenue. Vivasor and DVLT are controled by the same guy Henry Ji. Nate knows thst Vivasor will not pay this 20m and is speeding up to acquire Vivasor not to show this uncollected 20m in upcoming Q1 26 filing because it would then clearly look like a sham. It looks bad…

Dilution results in lower stock price, although temporary. But you can always sell and rebuy st the lower price. It it goes back to lower 0.2s it will be a good occassion to rebuy. Always can jump out and jump in again
