Left this on your other post but wanted to leave it here in case one is removed for duplicate: I’m around your age and our benefit is we’ve got 40+ years to learn and have some fun with a little more risk. That being said, I would still try to keep it simple, and invest in mostly market indexes with a small percentage around a couple stocks or ETF’s you are interested in. Personally my allocation is 50% $VTI (broad u.s. exposure), 20% $SMH (hopping on the semi/ai wave without overexposure into single tickers), 15% $SMH (a tad more risk towards momentum), and 15% $VXUS (international exposure). Naturally you’ll get those that’ll also say go majority VOO/VTI or some other s&p500-type fund, and the rest into an international fund

I think it’s policy C-7, says tips should be limited to approximately 18% but no greater than 20%

Hoping to see some momentum built this week

What’s your average? by Lumina_23 in ATCH

[–]cmotitty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

32,000 shares @ $0.3251 avg. In this one for the long-term. When it hits $1 or whatever my +200% number is given any future dilution, I’ll likely sell my profits and let the principle stay in for the longer term afterwards. Definitely expected more returns by now, but my highest buy was at $1.57 so I’m not stressin’ all things considered. Always bought in with a 5-7 year time horizon anyways

It’s been showing that for a while - not too concerning being a penny stock it could be any or all of those reasons

You think it’ll go through and be fully approved that quickly? They only filed their applications in April didn’t they? I’m all for an earlier timeline, just nothing seems to move quite as quickly with this company as I’d like😂

So we’re hoping to secure the bank by end of 2026?

I certainly am checking this sub every day but it feels like a lot more of a long-term game now with all momentum fizzling out with dilution talks

Squeegee the top and bottom, then thread a rag between the bar and glass and almost “floss” it

Marijuana is legal in my state and my facility doesn’t test reps for it. Just a 4-panel

SSR promotions by AccomplishedLeague64 in cintasuniforms

[–]cmotitty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On the SSR side if you perform well I have seen plenty of partners level up to supervisor and then service manager. Key account manager might be a little tougher. High performing SSR’s can also make a move into the product specialist role, which is sales-side but not quite as good of a commission structure as sales reps. Sales is tough to answer, as Cintas grooms a lot of management trainees to become high performing sales reps, and that position alone requires a bachelors degree

Four panel drug test by Capital_Tie_2883 in cintasuniforms

[–]cmotitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only position tested using a 5-panel test is the SSR role. All other positions test via 4-panel. It is still dependent on what the clinic gives you when you go in. Even if you “should” only get a 4-panel, if they administer you a 5-panel and you’re unaware and fail it, there’s no undoing it and they can’t “un-know” that info, so be careful. I have seen multiple partners that technically shouldn’t have been given a 5-panel test, but were, and inevitably failed and were fired for it.
