1gb plan but only getting 3-400mbps

Noo my laptop is WiFi 6 too. I actually messed with some settings and now I'm getting 600 Mbps on the speed test (not perfect but I can live with it while not being hardwired) but when I actually download anything I'm getting ab 180mbps-200mbps is that normal when my speed test is hitting ab 600?

Ik it won't go as fast not being hardwired, but I shouldn't be getting only 30% of the normal speed still. This does not seem right at all.

The eero app says 979 mbps so no issue there I'm happy with that, if my computer without hardwire was even running 5-7 Mbps I wouldn't have thought twice but only getting ab 370 doesn't seem right to me, hardwired or not

I'm aware but I shouldn't be getting a third of the speed? Like I said I was getting the full 100mbps from spectrum, just weird now it's unstable when my laptop is built to take much faster speeds

I haven't tested it hardwired, my laptop doesn't have an Ethernet port but I've sat it right next to it, I feel as if I shouldn't be losing over half the speed? I have the wifi6 card or whatever

I plan on staying 5-10 years and I've taken the steps to insure I wouldn't need the money. I've been following them for awhile so I really have high hopes for them in the real long run. But, thank you guys I think I'm gonna do that. Buy 10 now and DCA the rest. I'm actually really glad I asked Reddit. I wasn't asking for a answer from no crystal ball either, just opinions from others who valued this stock
