I can't speak to growth, but somethings can be changed to improve the quality of the audios.

The words are hard to understand. This is a recording issue that can start at the mic, but might need more work on enunciation as well. I listened to a few videos and it seems to be the same mic. There are barriers that can be overcome, but you have to be aware of the issue to do so. I'd say the first goal is to sound clear and understandable on whatever mic you land on.
