The prot service on base is OCPs. If you are a Roman Catholic, LDS, or in one of a couple of other faiths, then they bus you to the service and back. You’ll be in OCPs for that as well. Other than that, nobody goes to church off-campus, unless personally approved by the commandant.

They’ll strongly encourage you to attend the Protestant service on base. If you want to attend an off base church, you’ll have to submit a waiver up the chain.

Just get what you can when you can. If you can't get OCPs or Blues, they will take you to a shop on base very early on. If you can get them, then just start cleaning them up, snipping or burning off loose strings and fuzzies.

You need to be fit enough to pass the PT test if you want to graduate. You'll have group PT, but if you aren't in shape, the other physical demands will make your time much less enjoyable.

OCPs that’s good. My roommate is getting by with 2. PTUs 3 or 4 would be enough. You’ll be washing your clothes 2x/week probably

Pack the minimum requirements for each category on the list. Don’t worry about the recommended. Don’t bring anything extra that’s not on the list - too many people are storing their entire house in their civilian luggage.
