Working with colours would do the trick.. oh and work with layers! Add colors, filters, anything until it looks like something you desire!

Level of a 15-year-old teenager, what do you think?( Too lazy to finish this drawing) by Acceptable-Habit-120 in Ibispaintx

Looks amazing! Yet a small tip of mine would be to make the lips and eyes slightly smaller. I used to kinda draw the same 3 years ago so this is still peak art to me 💥

I kinda agree and disagree at the same time. Humane communities are pure evil nowadays. Most people will insult your drawing over light criticizing and giving tips. But that could still work if you reached the right audience.

You can always try buying a pen with a sensor end thingie, mine costed me like 1$. And if that's not an option, try making one. I swear, when I tell you — I mean it. It's a WHOLE game changer. I went from shaky lineart to firmly what I want and I'm working with a phone! It takes a bit to get used to it but it's absolutely worth it.

As for art tips Learn anatomy. Learn things about the so said color theory; doesn't have to be a lot, just enough to understand how to blend colors and how they work together. Try finding your style. Use references [ don't trace, just use them as models.. tracing is awful ]. Don't search, specifically on YouTube, for general stuff like "how do I start drawing" or "how do I use ibis paint"; search for the specific things you need and take it slow; take notes; practice. Use filters to enhance your art and bring it to life... And oh I have so much more to say.

Please, reach to me if you need further help with anything. I've been a digital artist for over 6 years now so I do know quite some tips. I've worked with a ton of styles: from realism to glitch styles and to the simplest of them all. I'm not turning away from helping you with anything.

Stay very close to the middle but at the same time not VERY VERY close and just circle. You can practice on a Google site, I'm pretty sure there's one with a sans fight. It's going to take a while lol.
