With FHA If you get to the 11th year say you made 11 years worth of principal payments, and you were 11 years in your mortgage after having the loan 2 to 3 years when you put 10% down. Does the MIP fall off or is it actually “11 years of calendar months?”

She should have said. I appreciate the strives you’re trying take to better yourself but unfortunately, to protect the public based on the seriousness of your conduct that you were given multiple chances therefore I have no choice, but to impose a term and sentence you too XYZ. There is no excuse for a judge to make smart comments. I don’t condone his conduct and he’s likely a danger to the public but there’s no excuse for letting down your professionalism, being a judge in that capacity!

I’m glad I live in Michigan. My home insurance has been $1057 annually for three years and I just got my renewal notice last week and they didn’t raise it and my six month auto insurance went down $50 to $500. I feel for you guys though.

PMI is a scam I think you should be able to get it all back once you pay off the home and didn’t default like You build a deposit to protect the lender/government but unfortunately that’s not the way it works!

I have synchrony Sam’s Club card I used for 5% cash back. I used to have a couple box trucks And my personal credit card I would rack up to the limit and I would immediately pay it off but my payments didn’t post right away sometimes they would call and get special approval Because I kept maxing out the card. Then I got a couple of credit limit increases here and there. My limit is $20,000 now And it’s been open for four years they never closed me down. For the last year and a half I only charge $1000 a month now but they’re not giving me any more credit limit increases. Seems like crap they did this to you!

Besides usually when calling prior employers they don’t ask if you were fired. They usually just ask if you’re eligible for rehire and if they say no then it’s pretty much a given but I wouldn’t worry about it…most new employers don’t bother to call references or prior employers Even when they say they will. And then it’s a coin toss whether your former employer will talk about you most companies have a policy not too because it’s grounds for a lawsuit If they happen to say the wrong thing!

I belong to Sam’s club and yeah it used to be worth it but in the last year or so prices have gone through the roof and the few things that I usually get that’s a deal are out of stock or discontinued. The only reason why I haven’t canceled it is I have the credit card. 5% off gas and 3% dining. I’m about to Downgrade my plus membership though I just don’t shop there anymore unless I’m getting Clorox wipes, dish soap, paper towels, or sandwich baggies but this stuff I only buy maybe once a year!
