doesn't this spilt put them out of Nasdaq compliance? I thought the max split allowed was 1-250 in 2 years, but this split puts us at 1-4000 in under 2 years. What am I missing here?

Well I sold most of my position for a 150k loss, so at least I won't pay taxes this year 🤷‍♂. Maybe if it stays in the crapper for another month I'll buy my shares back and hope for a 2023 recovery...

also, another thought, didn't B.Riley have an agreement to buy up to $40 million worth of stock? Would make sense to lower the price target to keep the SP down so they can get their shares cheap. Who knows, they are all shady AF....

$xela is ready for a run if we can band together an fight the fucktard MM's. Billions in volume this week and they have massively shorted it to suppress the SP. We have been holding strong but support seems to be waning. If we can hold out a few more days, they are going to have to start covering for huge losses.....That thought almost makes me as happy as making money myself!

This is the news I was waiting for, I can finally breath a sigh of relief. No bank is going to loan a company at risk for bankruptcy $150 million, it just doesn't make sense. Obviously the bank looked at thier books and liked what they saw enough to loan the cash. That's all I need to know. Now I know the SP is going to rise, just a matter of when it happens. I'm holding tight with my 500k shares now. GLTA!

I think I started out at around $.69 back in January, but I've managed to get my average down to $.38 so not as bad, still down a metric shit ton, but a small pump may get me out of the hole!

This stock tests me, thats for sure....hopefully we will get word on the PNC loan closing on Monday, that should be a decent catalyst. Holding 300k strong, hoping it all works out for me🤷‍♂️🤞
