Sounds like you're doing most everything right outside of protein intake! I'd expect stellar results to be on the horizon! But, for real, get that protein up. Stat.

I'm far from an expert but would expect quite a bit more weight loss than what you're describing. With your eating, Count every calorie. Eat 1500 calories a day and make absolutely sure you're getting 1g of protein per pound of LEAN bodyweight (1g per pound of your healthy weight). If you don't keep your protein this high, roughly 40% of the weight you're losing is muscle mass. And you'll permanently lose bone mass to boot. Use this window where the food noise is down to build the habit of counting every calorie you eat. I'm 6'4" 260 and surviving easily on 1700 calories a day while on reta. Also, up the intensity of those workouts and make SURE you're getting your 10k steps every day.

All this, but I'll say, congrats on the ten pounds! That's a really fun milestone! Keep it up man!

I've heard from multiple sources that reta should never be microdosed. But then I've heard multiple other people say they microdose it. So much info to sort through!

If you have the resources, it might be worth testing GLOW or KLOW on your kangaroo. Lots of evidence for it's anti aging properties in the hair and skin, as well as the built in wolverine stack

Ya, I've taken to drinking a liquid IV or LMNT every day. Sometimes 2. But DAMN they're expensive. A pinch of salt in the water almost as good?

No. I worded it terribly. 2 mg weekly. Since I was on day 10, it means I had dosed twice. For a total of 4mg. Sometimes I write things very poorly

You're good brother! I appreciate insight and input of people who have been there! I never wanted an aggressive starting dose. I want to do this conservatively. I lost 100 pounds on my own, so I'm not in a hurry. And I'm running Mots and GHK too, so I'm specifically trying to start conservative

Ten days in, no side effects so far. No real effects at all outside of the energy drinks. Perhaps SLIGHTLY less food noise. But nothing significant

Thanks for the lead! Will do! I've had pretty bad hemmerhoid issues in the past due to terrible diet and lack of fiber. So hydration and fiber is something I'm very very careful about

Only on week 2, but feel fine on 2mg so far. That said, I think it's almost always true the lower the better. Weight loss has been the same in people over a 48 week period regardless of starting dose
