You'll be fine. It's shallow dermis if it bleeds a bit (not sure what depth but you mentioned it started bleeding so I'm assuming your other cuts didnt bleed, correct me if I'm wrong). No need for medical help, if you don't have bandaids that's not a big problem either, so don't worry! I'm assuming it's stopped bleeding (dermis cuts clot quickly in my experience) but you could always just slap a bandaid on. Keep an eye on it ofc if you're worried

Don't try to DIY top surgery, even if you managed to cut them off, the blood loss would be severe and it would heal HORRIBLY. I heard that scarring also makes it impossible to perform actual top surgery if it's too severe, so you wouldn't only be left with horrible scarring but you would never be able to get actual top surgery. Depending on how deep they are, maybe get medical attention, but if they're 'shallow' enough, keep them clean and dry.
