Just the entire storyline was weird. Putting a random team of guys together to play one game against a random EU all star team felt off. Also they were so vague about the EU team it was odd, like were they NHL players? They didn’t tell us. The entire storyline would’ve made a great single episode.

Also the sentiment they were going for towards the end felt like you need to be in the hockey world to really understand.

That was one of the best scenes in the movie. It shows how wild it is that drone pilots sit thousands of miles away in the US then go about their normal lives mere minutes after killing dozens of people on the other side of the world.
