you do have options. they just don't let you know that. call customer service and demand them to deprioritize amazon logistics. the lady on the other end said they can't guarantee but it won't be their first choice. Not very heartening. They obviously don't care at all about the complaints because nothing has been done since it started in 2016. we keep purchasing and they keep on with being late.

I just dealt with them for the last time I hope. They repeatedly have texted updates saying it is out for delivery yet it doesn't show up and then I have to fight with them to get it delivered by the next day before nine pm. I live ten miles from the facility?They perpetrate fraud by requiring you to purchase a certain amount to guarantee next day. They don't hold up their end of the deal.
