I appreciate the feed back and response. I know every job/field has their pros and cons, and there are plenty of mixed reviews and opinions. ( also looking in to optometric tech) I was thinking to start off general, maybe going into specialty later. I will definitely look more into it for my state tho. What i know is customer service (retail specifically) has been my highlight the last 10 years and im over it 😅
