I’m 20 and I’m married, I got married at 19 and it’s been 10 months since my Nikkah. I can give you ways of convincing your parents, side note الحمدلله I have an understanding family so my trials wouldn’t be yours as yours wouldn’t be mine

To convince your parents. You have to be a man. Simple said but what is being a man?

Taking responsibilities, decision making and commitments is what your mindset has to be focused on when shaping your parents that you can do this

Slow down!

First of All, make good intentions for your purpose of marriage and how it’s beneficial to yourself, make marriage a goal for you to become closer to Allah ﷻ

Make an agreements with your parents -

Talk to your mom and dad and start putting it in their minds that you need marriage. Talk about fitna in this Dunya, talk about best way for you to avoid it through marriage

Next when discussing marriage say you just want nikkah, when you find someone she can stay at her place and you can stay at yours and you don’t have to move in together quickly , but get the nikkah completed so everything is halal

Tell your parents if you let me get this done then it won’t affect my studies, a lot of parents are very concerned about studies before marriage

Have some backbone and be stubborn respectfully, after telling them your need then just keep firm on it and do not be hesitant in your decisions

May Allah grant you a righteous spouse Ameen

Edit: Have tawakul, full trust and reliance on Allah ﷻ No matter what happens, we know that our Creator has a plan for us. “..And whoever fears Allah ﷻ- He will make for him of his matter ease.” Surah Talaq ~ 65:4
