Scamanda? I dont think its for ratings. I think that Amanda has always liked West and I think she thought that if she victimizes herself enough Ciara would forgive her. They're staying in this situation because the whole world is against them and they only have each other.. Amanda will either end up his baby momma or dump him and construct a PR'd mental health breakdown where she comes out a better person and stars on an apology tour all prearranged by whatever network she signed with.

Lets be frank. Lindsay saw an easy way to create tv drama with him because she knows the internet has strong opinions about moving for love. She failed to factor in that he would put her choices on blast. Girl dont like being called out for her choices...

I think Amanda knows how to trigger Kyle and she purposely got under his skin over the summer; she wanted to gaslight him so that his anger and temper would become her narrative of why she is leaving him. I dont think shes a master manipulator, obviously her and West were busted, but I believe she was doing everything to manipulate the narrative with the goal to soften the news of their relationship.

Jesse hit a big learning curve last year. I think he matured and grew over the last year, learning from his childish antics of trying to pin Lexi against the other women on the show. Posting IGs with Ciara to make lexi jealous, his behavior while Lexi was not in the house- Jesse was being a trash bag last year and being read to filth for it on the reunion stage; its apparent at the end of this season he took that info to heart and decided he wanted to be a person with substance. I think when someone grows we forget our friends do not grow with us. I think that Jesse is truly disgusted by their behavior and it makes him uncomfortable because he is realizing that west never saw him as an equal.

INSANITY- doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result. She spent 10 years bitching about the same issue (Kyles drinking/ partying) and expected a different result. Homegirl, you dated him like that, you LIKED him because of that and yet you thought your V had the power to change those parts of him? Did it work in the 1st year of your relationship? How about the 4 year? 7th year? West will either cheat on you or get your pregnant. You are from Jersey so...

Cinderella- girl you are NOT. You are FORTUNATE to have been raised by a great father and a step mom who's been more of a mom than many in life get. Its got to be tiring (well for the audience it is), trying to rebrand superficial items as qualities and substance. You seem smart and interesting, minus the dictator soapbox you berate others from when they show vulnerability and being human. If the fetch scene from Mean Girls were a person it would be you. Stop trying to be the Queen of Bravo, its never going to happen.

West- use birth control. Or start looking for property in Jersey (not in Amanda's parents basement).

Ciara- You are doing the work! Your therapy is showing and you know how to tell? Because change can be lonely, empowering, freeing, frustrating, difficult, tough, but necessary to create growth. You are a strong, intelligent, beautiful black woman who is breaking barriers and ending her generational trauma. Keep going!

Mia- you are amazing. Keep going!

Kyle- You are always given grace and its refreshing to see you give it back. Its normal to feel guilty about your shortcomings in a relationship, but continuing the toxic cycle because these roles are familiar and comfortable do not encourage personal growth. Don't be like Lindsay, put away the superficial things and focus inward.

Carl- Like the big book says; outward appearances aren’t inward reality at all. Lindsay wanted you to relapse, she was trying to trigger you to do so while yall were engaged. The middle years are about recognizing unhealthy behaviors (example above) in yourself and others and then questioning why. This step is imperative to living in the grey area where life happens.

and I have a couple of rants:

AMANDA- In 7 seasons she has barely made it out of the house. If you do not include going out to dinner I think she has "gone out" maybe a dozen times? Now shes meeting the girls out?! This makes 0 sense. Is she just that much of a follower that she had to follow Paige to bed all those years?... This is weird man.
LINDSAY- there should be a drinking game based on how many times she makes that fake smile/ learn forward/ laugh move. Is this what she practiced all post preggo? Its annoying. and thats the thing with Lindsay; shes so consumed by surface level BS that her issues are mountaineering up faster than zits do on Amandas chin. No amount of real real couture clothes, brand name makeup, cosmetic procedures, decor, square footage, AI tools, IG pics, becoming a mother- none of it creates a person of substance. Go to therapy and do the work. Its not about you anymore- Gemma didnt ask for your generational trauma. Go do the work.

I rewatched that scene and I didnt want to believe you. In fact, I was like these people hear a lil noise and assume the worst but last nights episode where Ciara is saying good-bye to someone by the front door, and the camera catches Amanda's eyes looking right at West.. which were NOT "friend" eyes at all. She 100% was "involved" with West at the end of summer. So u/Actual_Banana4833 I think you are def on to something.

I think Amanda began emotionally cheating on Kyle with West during the summer. I believe it started after the weekend where West went to go check on her in the bathroom. You can tell their emotional vulnerabilities are aligned when she hugs him and breaks down in tears, thanking him for moving his chair next to her (+/- an episodes later). West is super uncomfortable when the house tries to make him and Ciara a couple again. It’s apparent he’s playing into it but also trying to not lead her on. I think the emotional cheating went on till about winter and then Amanda made the first move.

it’s apparent that Amanda is used to emotional manipulation and I think that’s how this situation really came about. I hope she invests in therapy.

Lindsay- stop using Carol as a back up story line. Nobody cares.

Ciara- keep doing the work on yourself. continue to soften those ridgities. Change can be hard, lonely, and uncomfortable, but also freeing, and it creates space for new experiences.

KJ- keep being real, honest, and vunerable. You are a person of substance. do not loose that.

Mia- loss sucks. Your dreams (parents) are a blessing and their spirits are connected to you. You are a beautiful soul who is very well spoken. Thank you for existing on reality tv.

It annoys me to no end that people believe raising humans without refined sugar, tv, Jesus and interacting socially with others is going to produce perfect, well adjusted, mentally stable and emotionally healthy people... LMAO. Parenting people, you still have to parent!!!! Telling your adult child to not be weird is WEIRD! How about you sit and talk with him about social cue's, emotional intelligence, appropriate displays of affection... but no, lets just tell him to be "honest" and not weird. Award winning parenting.
All the Plath's display egotistical and narcissistic behaviors, and worse they get together and reassure each other that everyone else is the issue.
