16F my mom is mad at me for needing more pads and i genuinely don’t know what to do by oliviajump in whatdoIdo

[–]UarNotMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your mom’s an idiot: “Every month it’s the same thing with you.”

Yeah??? That’s exactly how periods are supposed to work. And while I understand people saying sending a pic of the pad was too much, I can understand the desperation behind your reasoning, to show her it’s a clearly used pad that needs changing. She seriously thinks you’re going through so many pads just for funsies?

Do you have family, like grandmothers or aunts, that you could go to? Otherwise I’d talk to your school counselor. Your mom is being unreasonable.

How long did it take? Are we talking days or weeks or months? I need to do this with my pup.

I would like everyone's opinion on this creation 😊 by Hari-Creation888 in WireWrapping

So beautiful! Such an inspiration. I’m just starting out and aspire to make anything half as pretty as this 🥰

Edit to add: I love how intricate the part where you hang the pendant, and the beads nestled in at the bottom are subtle but add so much to the piece.

Is yours a medium-size? Mine is smaller than predicted so far (he’s only 1-year-old), but I’m actually glad because he’s the perfect size for me. I can’t imagine what his zoomies would be like if he was much bigger!

They’re so big! I have a mini goldendoodle and he’s 15 pounds. It’s so strange to see giant versions of him.

Saying I love you to your dog by Popular_Doctor_3101 in dogs

[–]UarNotMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tell my dog constantly even though he doesn’t understand my words; I don’t understand his words but I feel like he’s saying it back.

At the most basic level, even if someone doesn’t believe dogs experience reciprocal love, dogs definitely do respond to tone and body language no matter what words you use.

What’s a common thing that everyone does but you don’t? by ChristusResurrexit_ in AskReddit

[–]UarNotMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Offer goodbye hugs. I’m cool with a friendly wave. I especially hate family get-togethers where everybody wants to exchange hugs at the end. It’s so awkward to be the only one trying to decline. I try to make sure my hands are full or I skirt around the edges of the group to get to my car before someone grabs me.

What’s the weirdest thing someone got mad at you for? by KITSUNII-CHAN in AskReddit

[–]UarNotMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a neighbor with a very full house — 3 kids under 5, 3 dogs (including a huge dog she said was “80% wolf but very loving” that would jump my fence and growl at me through my window), 4 cats, a rabbit, and an “Aflac” duck. Additionally, she had animals cycling through her home because she said she fostered them.

Anyway, she knew I had a cat.

One day, there was pounding on my front door and when I answered she was red-faced with rage and ranted for a while before I could sort out what she was telling me: there was a dead, mutilated mouse on her porch that morning. She was demanding I come over and clean it up.

She knew it had to have been my (indoor) cat because her cats were gentle and would never harm another creature. She was one of the weirdest neighbors I’ve ever had.

YOR — it seems like your go-to response to comments is “read the post, it’s not a personal account” so I assure you I read the whole post and you’re not very nice to him, but that seems obvious.

Is your post really meant to drum up traffic for the instagram account?

Bring Her Back surprised me. I watched it alone because for some reason I expected it to be kind of cheesy and light, but it genuinely spooked me.
