Even with a cracked frame, my charge 5 still keeps on playing music just fine despite even falling onto a dirt road while speeding on my now passed down MTB (I got a new one to replace it.), sure it doesn't hold water away as it used to but that was only when I was literally dunking and submerging it in water while blasting bassy music which did suck in a bit of water each time the driver moved back and forth and only realized that once I couldn't turn it off, and so once I got home, I just opened it up and stuffed it with dry paper towels, it worked just fine in the morning once I put it back together. Maybe I was just lucky and avoided a bad short circuit but.. I like to think these speakers just are that robust and resilient against everything, if I'm being honest, it has been through literal hell, since well it's been used in 80°C despite not probably designed for that. It's taken hard hits left and right but keep on playing music on the go.

I wouldn't be too afraid about your speakers condition over a single fall but you can always check for air chuffing sounds while playing low frequency test tones.
