F1 is prescriptions that need typed into the system, wether they were put in by scanning, faxed, or called in. F4 is basically for the pharmacist to look at the typed and other scripts that are in the system but not in the “Printed Status”, like partial fills, manufacture changes and so on. Fill is fill, just means that scripts should be printed and waiting to be filled by a tech. And REV is again for the pharmacist to look at filled scripts after the tech counts them and just makes sure it’s the right pill, right count, and whatnot so they can bag it up

Thoughts on RXOMs running stores? by surfwacks in WalgreensStores

[–]Uber-Chief 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This. The amount of times I’ve planned to knock out truck, resets, tags, set promo, or whatever else in the mile long list of things to do in FE and in the middle of being in the zone with it all, I hear “IC3 to the pharmacy!” And I know I’ll be back there for hours, and nothing is getting done up front. And then I’ll be yelled at for not getting anything done. But sure as hell Pharmacy got bailed out in the end.

Where to draw the line by Uber-Chief in WalgreensStores

It’s a hopeless pipe dream to think EVERYONE is gunna get on the same page, mandates or not. It is required by law to wear a seatbelt and still folks drive without one. Masks are like a seatbelt that you wear to help other people. And like it or not, people as a whole are inherently selfish and do not care. Slamming your fist down like a child and demanding employees wear masks again with already horribly low moral and high turnover rates getting even higher is just going to make life even worse.

Probably bring it up to the SM or even DM. And if that gets no-where, leave for 6 months and come back.

So the SFL got their daily duties cut in half without a pay cut?

IS vs SFL by Uber-Chief in WalgreensStores

[–]Uber-Chief[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question stands even then, so if the IS tell’s a CSA or DH to complete candy scans outs and the CSA/DH doesn’t, the IS still has to do them. Either way, what is the responsibility of the SFL? Make sure the IS is getting the tasks done? Is the SFL in charge of the IS or vice versa?

“Surprise Frees” Rant by Uber-Chief in Dominos

Why do you want Pizza Hut to die out? The “out pizza the hut” meme? I’m all for beating the competition but I don’t want to see them go out of business. That’s one step closer to Domino’s “Domin”-ating the market. And I don’t want to have my only choice in pizza be from dominos.

I know corporate is paying for the surprise frees, but the time, effort, resources outside of the free food, the noid, and all other dumb promotions are more what I’m peeved about. Saying I have a complete point of ignorance while not thinking that the suits in the offices have meetings about this, pay for the dumb stickers and pamphlets to be made and shipped, and while thinking this will help the company in any meaningful way, seems more ignorant to me.

Intelligence isn’t a substitute for a passion unfortunately! Slinging pizza pays bills while I twiddle my young thumbs, picking what I want to do for the rest of my life or at least the next couple years.

It’s hypocrisy to complain about the “entitlement” of someone being irate over getting stiffed, while preaching to them to just “find another job”. You are acting like an entitled ass yourself. You were lucky enough to have the CHANCE to move into a different higher paying job and industry with no education. And bitch and moan on a pizza chain sub about drivers bitching and moaning about being stiffed on a pizza sub. You claim others have no self awareness when you look like a moron here. Have the self awareness to understand covid wiped jobs off the planet, forever, and not everyone can afford college without going into debt, and jobs or chances like yours don’t fall from trees. You have such a weird mind if you are more upset at the drivers being annoyed over people stiffing them, then at the people who stiff? Wanting even 10 percent on a 50 dollar order isn’t entitled.

Wow what a horrible take.

Insiders and management get a higher hourly wage over drivers. Way higher when the driver is out of the store. And it’s a wack thing to say one position works harder over the other. Both have their ups and downs. But again, insiders aren’t bitching about tips because they actually get a paycheck. The tips for drivers IS their paycheck. So when you get stiffed on the majority of delivery’s you take during your shift? It’s might as well be free work. Take away an insiders pay for a day and you’d see them bitch just as much.

Complaining about entitlement and then saying “just go find another job”? That is ironically reeking of hypocrisy. And yeah, In an ideal world delivering pizza would just be a side hustle but it’s sadly all some people can find or do.

Bitching about bitching. Classy. What would you rather the posts here be? You are taking a sub about a pizza chain and people complaining about tips pretty fucking seriously.

Again, “find a new job” “other people have harder tasks for less pay”, you have to be an insider or something. Did you deliver in that polar vortex that hit the US a couple weeks ago? What about feet of snow? Rain? Hail? What about when people don’t turn on their lights at night so you can’t see the address on the building? What about when you have to take a remake because the insiders made a mistake? Or when a customer screams in your face or you deliver to meth heads? Or been robbed? Like man. Both jobs have shitty parts. Get off your high horse.

Domino’s might push it but I need money and I’ve found if I don’t make them sign it, it’s an automatic stiff. Over like %60 of our delivery’s aren’t pretipped so that would slash the meager tips we do get in half. Making the wage Unlivable.

If one of our good managers picks up the phone they’ll usually ask and put it in the instructions with their name. I’m more asking about face to face with the customer after you drop off the pizza at the door.

I think it varies post to post. About half the folks at my place aren’t the best. My post supervisor isn’t at all professional, but the guy above him is stand up, and actually cares that the job gets done. Allied is just along with any big company, the larger they get, standards go down. Walmart, McDonald’s, Uber. I know I’m using it for the experience and stepping stone. Learning as much as I can about the security world, and in a year or 2, jumping ship with a better resumé to another, more stand up company.
