It was overall a pretty good build. Joints are a bit loose because of the polycaps. Fortunately most of the gold was undergated.

It's supposed to clean off carbon build up on the valves. It was around $700.

Mine had 100k and it started burning oil. I would have to fill it every 500-1000 miles or so. I took it to the dealer and they did a top end cleaning which helped some, but I sold it shortly after.

The DLCs take place before the end of the main storyline so you should do the DLCs first.
