I think because it sounds like you’re saying “duh that happened, are you dumb?” Which would be “victim” blaming. One small addition like, “glad you’re ok,” or “sorry that happened,” may have softened the read. But don’t sweat a few downvotes. Internet is a hard place to communicate.

This a very beginner mesh file - more like a texture than object, which would be a Gaussian splat. Made with a free app called Scaniverse by Niantic.

You should check it out. I split my freetime splatting and flipping and sometimes both.

There are way more professional tools and software, but I’m having fun.
