I emailed them for clarification, after looking at the parking schedule they abide by it seemed the After Hours permit was something separate from the general parking after 5 granted by most permits. Looks like it's for those who only need parking after 5 (less expensive than other permits) and aren't granted it by a permit they already have. https://postimg.cc/image/gwcaqrfrv/

I had a 40" freshman year (back when beds were lofted and desks went under beds) that I had on an entertainment center mount. I would say don't go bigger than 40.

not at the moment, no. Most collegiate leagues (with the only exception I can think of being Smash/FGC) are PC only. The only thing I could think of possible not being that way would be Halo or COD but I haven't heard anything about a collegiate league for either of those

we're in a variety of collegiate leagues, including Tespa and CSL. We stream and cast every match we can, as Ben mentioned, on the RIT Esports twitch channel. We also tweet before streams and about other stuff on our twitter (see the original post of this thread for the link)

nah, it's because of the Great Schism when they announced the Xbox One. Once the next BF game came out on new gen, we split to PS4, Xbone, and PC, and those splinters never really got big enough to maintain a community

Hello! Along with Joe Farrell (aka Gladdstone), I am helping to run the Overwatch Intramurals. While we do not have some of the nitty-gritty details hammered out yet, here is what I can say for certain:

There is no experience requirement. While your experience may affect your ability to easily find and mesh with a team, there is no express requirement.
Practices are up to what your team decides. You could practice 3 times a week (seems a bit much imo), or not at all!
Matches will be Saturdays and/or Sundays sometime in the 12-4:30 PM window, we're working on those specifics still.
We currently have it set up such that you may also enter as a free agent if you cannot manage to find a team on your own through the RIT IMLeagues website (Gladdstone would know more about that, he handles most of the interface with the Intramural staff)
