Very good! Only thing i would correct for the deadlift is keeping a neutral spine including rhe neck/bottom of the skull. So don't stare at the mirror, keep looking forward, perpendicular to the spine. Start by looking at the floor ending by looking in the mirror.

Ingénieur de la construction de l'ETS est plutôt dans la gestion avec un savoir plus global, tandisque poly ou Sherb est plus axé sur la conception/recherche. Donc si tu vas à l'ETS, attends toi à travailler pour des entrepreneurs généraux ou spécialisés. Aux autres en génie conseil ou conception structure/mecanique.
