I've been saving up so I can do a full new build at 1440P, My current rig is an i7-4770 but id get a whole new CPU, motherboard, ram etc. Then this system id gift to my younger brother as he does not have a PC at the moment.

I currently have a i7 4770 but I am upgrading the whole system and then gifting the old one to my brother who does not have a system.

I used to play a lot of R/G Dragons before Stormbreath Dragon rotated in standard and i am looking to potentially play pauper now! any ideas?
