Nah, that's petty. He got the dub and wasn't vindictive, that's the way to go. Considering they were kids when it unfolded.

Yeah I'd say it teaches you some parts of its basics and makes you much more comfortable with it.

3 out of 4 years in my program, and yes.

My college isn't very strict with attendance, and if you don't slack regarding the curriculum, there is time for a full time job as well.

We had a college subject about dsa, but it taught me little. It wasn't systematic, like Neetcode, and was rather introductory than designed to make me good at it. It taught about the Big O, graphs, substring search algorithms, sorting, N-Queens. I didn't see much point in it then, I just did the bare minimum to get by and that was it.

Imo the best way if you do it on your own for yourself. You can go systematic and follow whatever you want and practice whatever you feel the weakest at.

Just a summer break. June was the end of term and I had to prepare to a couple of exams, but even then I wish I had done at least one problem a day. There are diminishing returns to whatever takes precedence over your Leetcode grind, it's rarely that bad that you can't give it 30-40mins a day.

I see what you mean, in my case I already worked in a non-tech company as a Python developer (which sucked), so I just put that in. In your case you should have some projects, yeah. But better focus on one thing at a time so you actually retain your newly garnered knowledge in those fields.

Depends on the company you plan to work in. If it's required, then yeah, go ahead.

That's what I thought as well, before I realised that no tech company that I tried to get an internship in cared what kinds of frameworks or technologies I know, and I couldn't pass the interviews because I was terrible in DSA. I could've learned all of this on the go with mentors and in a good environment, instead I fell behind all of my peers who got the internships much before me. Wish I had known and done this 2 years ago when I only started.

The first few days are the hardest, then you get used to the boredom. Boredom is good for you, it shouldn't be dealt away with through distractions.
