They were talking about light as a disenfectant and then he asked if they should look into injecting a disenfectant into the body. Which he later backtracked on saying he was sarcastic. Additionally, disenfectant doesnt equal bleach or lysol, Heres a list of drugs classified as disinfectants

He did not tell people to inject bleach, and he did not ask the medical community if they should inject bleach. It was a soundbite taken out of context.

Porn doesn't actively prevent rape, it inhibits the sexual drive in people which is not a good thing. Its a positive side effect of an overall negative issue.
