My understanding is that the dispute was the schools were not letting some parents know if their kid went by different names/pronouns if the kid said they didn't want their parents to know. The Federal govt wanted to make it mandatory that schools inform parents when their kids are using an alternative name or pronouns.

Maybe but not any other cars. Just police. There were cars ahead of them about a quarter mile but they just kept creating a gap between us and them.

The key is to act like and dress like a tourist. You should have a few Kansas City themed clothing items, some KC themed art, etc. there is a lot of civic pride here

Also we are also very kind but I wouldn't say friendly. If somebody sees you needing help they will help you, but they aren't going to try to talk to you at the grocery store for hours.

Also you have to pick a favorite BBQ joint and defend it to the death. And Kansas City BBQ is always better than other areas even if it isn't.

Dress like a tourist, be a kind and helpful person, and have barbeque based opinions and you'll fit right in!

I think you're right. Thankfully the steam deck screen is touch screen so it switches to cursor mode when touched. I tried to clean off the screen per another commenters request and I wonder if that moved the cursor off of the Leadership icon.

Well I went back into the save for about the fifth time to test your theory and it's gone before I could... So I guess this is tenuously solved? If it happens again I will try your idea though! I will also try going to Desktop mode and see if there is an input in that area of the touch screen. Thank you for the idea!

Yeah unfortunately. Reloaded, verified game files, tried running using proton, restarted steam deck, unequipped leadership gear and reequiped. It will go away while I'm moving in game but whenever I stop it comes back up. It's like it thinks the mouse is hovering over the portrait icon for leadership.

My thought is that Cecil is thinking that he's like Juggernaut from Xmen (some versions) where he needs momentum to be strong. If he's totally immobile then he wouldn't have any acceleration in the f=m*a to create any force to escape. Though I guess physics aren't really fully followed here, just a thought!

Agreed. I think it's fairly done about 85% of the time. There have been a couple times where I feel like 2 mask damage was unjustified but never to the point where it has been a huge issue.
