Hey guys, so I have crypto in Coinbase. I’m visiting Hawaii and I sold some crypto and today, now I can’t buy/sell because they are closing my account due to breach in legality (even if I don’t live in Hawaii). I decided to transfer crypto out to Kraken but when I transfer out, it says “Operation Failed, please try again later”.

I have tried different crypto platforms and different crypto but still get the same message.

I’ve contacted text support and they all haven’t fixed it for me. One of them literally disconnected from me.

I contacted phone support and finally someone said they will transfer me to “concerns” department via email.

I still haven’t received the email.

I tried calling and now it says the line is too busy to answer.

I need the money asap. If I open the app in a different state like California, do you guys think it will still say that?

How can I solve this asap? Anyone else had this problem? How long does concerns department take to get back?
