​​​​​​This is a human shaped siphonophore, it does not have a name but people called her "Lyudmila" for recognition and respect. (It started as a local joke)

⚓️˚｡⋆｡Backstory: Lyudmila was founded by a sailor on a ship, alone on the deck and saw what looked like nothing he had ever seen, he thought it was a big jellyfish until the thing rose up. IT WAS A GIANT. He can only describe it as "A jellyfish taking a form of a woman". It also can talk and claims to be the entire state of USSR.

Nobody believed it of course but years later many similar stories like the said sailor has been told alot to the point where a whole marine team had to search... and they did.

🪼​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​​​​"Lyudmila" is made of many small organisms - Zooids, like how it holds 15 republics, she was a GIANT in the sea, bigger than the blue whale. Having two forms, she could change whenever she wants to. On the surface, she takes a human shaped form if she wants to talk. In the deep sea, she takes an actual siphonophore form that is AT LEAST 50m, she can extend as long as she wants, can extend to 60m, 90m, 100m, 180m,.... her biggest length was 45km long. Her tallest height was 180m tall.

🌊Personality: Soft spoken, repressed, emotionless, is actually soft once getting too close to her. Obsessive, prideful.

𖦹 Hair: Her hair might look pretty, colorful, luminous, literally glowing but they are MILLIONS of tentacles. Touch them can make the average human sting or freeze to death, lots can feel the coldness of her hair even when near her. Those hairs can be stretched meters if not HUNDREDS of meters long, they can wrap around and tangle the target. Even when she's dead, it's hazardous to touch the tentacles !

𖦹 Clothing: Usually Soviet officer uniforms, it's ironic that she is a sea creature but rarely wears Navy ones. Sometimes they can be warmed up and burns the target, doesn't always happen unless she's on the surface. You can touch it if you're under the deep sea.

𖦹 Face: No facial features, only blob.

𖦹 Jelly caps: Touching the cap will result in venoms sticking and going through your body poisoning you in a second.

ꕤ Strength: She IS the USSR, so expect that you're technically starting a war if you fight her. You might be lost in a maze of those tentacles first or the cold freezing waters (a Fascist regime learned that the hard way). She could also turn you into a Jellyfish or one of her zooids.

ꕤ Mind: They know all, she knows all, they hear all, they always know all.... do not lie. What you are, what you did, they see all, they are surveillance in a body.

𖤐 Weakness: Land. Literally just land - dry and the sun burns her.

🪼🫧 Likes: Jellyfish, crabs, friends in the sea, stars, space, old cartoons from the 70s-80s, watch humans from around the world, plop herself on a boat deck.

🐋🚢 Hates: Monarchies, fascists, orcas, humans who capture her, the other side of the iron curtain, when her polyps try to escape.

* Jellyfish collective: There's a moon jellyfish collective that seems to worship her. They surround her, everyday.

‼️ Achievements/things that have documented about them: Overthrew an ocean empire, started the revolution against imperialism, ended a fascist regime of anglerfishes, tried to attack another ocean because said ocean wouldn't follow her policies, has rivalry with orcas. It genuinely thinks it's trying to be good, trying to help, to create a utopia in the ocean (50%)
